Brain Building Smoothie
Probably one of the best smoothies ever made to boost brain power. Highschool, College - even for the elementary school kids too!
Take all the ingredients below and put in a blender. Pour in a glass and drink! Blueberries (frozen or washed, 1 cup Flaxseed (2 tablespoons) Water (8 oz) Fish Oil (2 tablespoons) Optional: Stawberries Bannana Mix well. Start with blueberries and water until liquified. Add the other ingredients. You may add more water for a thinner smoothie. If you are doing this just before you go to school, use a straw and brush your teeth! Enjoy! |
